Who we are

AstroVeds (astroveds.com and the AstroVeds app) is owned and operated by Credofina Fintech Private Limited (CIN U70200HR2025PTC135879), Lower Ground Floor, Saket Salcon Rasvilas, Saket District Centre, Sector 6, Pushp Vihar, Next to Select City Walk Mall, New Delhi 110017, India. "We", "us" and "our" mean Credofina Fintech Private Limited.

Who can use the service

You must be 18 or older to create an account. By logging in you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

One account per mobile number. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Free tools

Kundli, Kundli matching, horoscope and panchang are free. Results are calculated from the birth details you enter; wrong details give wrong results.

Consultations, prices and payment

Consultations with astrologers are paid per minute from a prepaid wallet. Every astrologer's price per minute is shown in Indian rupees before you start, and includes GST.

You recharge the wallet through our payment gateway (Razorpay) using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Wallet money can only be used for consultations on this platform. It cannot be withdrawn, refunded to your bank or transferred, except as stated in the Refund & cancellation policy.

A consultation is charged only for the minutes it runs. You can end it at any time.

Astrologers

Astrologers are independent professionals verified by us before they are listed. Their advice is their own.

Sharing phone numbers, emails or payment details in a session to deal off-platform is not allowed and may lead to the account being suspended.

Conduct

Do not abuse, threaten or harass anyone, and do not misuse the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Limitation of liability

Astrology readings are guidance, not certainty (see the Disclaimer). To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the consultation concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, Delhi.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
